About The Course
The Professional Scrum Master level III assessment is exclusively designed by Scrum.org for individuals who have passed the PSM I and PSM II assessments and want to achieve the level of Scrum mastery.
The PSM certificate holders showcase that they have extensive knowledge of the application of Scrum, Scrum practices, the Scrum Values, and can apply Scrum in a variety of complex organizational circumstances.
Our hands-on training course helps individuals learn about the concepts, the principles, and (empirical) process theory of the framework and the role of a Scrum Master. Moreover, this course is a combination of instruction and team-based activities and illustrates what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.
Course Objectives
- Students are challenged to think within the Scrum framework and the underlying values and principles to better understand what to do when returning to the workplace and facing complex decisions.
- Have a clear understanding of the rules of Scrum through the empirical foundation of Scrum.
- Students can act as a Scrum Master for Scrum Teams as well as stakeholders from an in-depth understanding of servant-leadership.
- Effectively be able to start up Scrum or increase its effectiveness if already underway.
Pre-Requisites
The candidate should successfully pass the PSM I and PSM II assessment to be eligible for taking the PSM III certification.
